Incredibly welcoming and friendly

staying at the burford lodge was a fantastic experience! the owners were genuinely friendly and helpful, always ready to share their local knowledge. our king room with a spa bath was beautifully decorated and super comfortable. breakfast was freshly made to order, and we can't recommend the downstairs brasserie enough!

Had a wonderful stay with super friendly owners who helped us get a taxi to a wedding venue. Our Deluxe King Room was beautifully decorated, comfy, and had a spa bath. Breakfast included fresh juices and high-quality options. The room had a kettle with tea, coffee and cookies. Free toiletries and a flat-screen TV. Perfect for a cozy getaway!

Great place for a chill getaway!

Just spent 2 nights here with my partner. The room was super clean and comfy, and the bathroom was decent, but there was a bit of an awkward shower. Loved the breakfast, and the staff were amazing! A little bummed we couldn't have dinner since the chef was sick. The parking was a big plus too!

We had such a cozy stay, enjoying the delicious breakfast and the spacious bathroom made it even better. The sun terrace and garden were lovely spots to unwind and soak in the atmosphere. The only hiccup was that the steep stairs could be tricky for anyone with mobility issues, but it didn't ruin our time. 😊

Although the room's layout felt slightly cramped, the overall experience was enjoyable and enriching. I would happily return for another Cotswold getaway.

The Deluxe Twin Room offered unexpected charm with quirky decor that added character to our stay. It was also a pleasant surprise to find flexible breakfast options tailored to personal preferences, like custom requests from the chef.

Finding tea and coffee proved tricky on the first night. it turned out to be stashed inside an old book on the dressing table, which we completely overlooked. The room was a bit snug for our liking, with limited clothes storage that might not suit those packing more than a couple of outfits.

The breakfast was phenomenal! Freshly cooked, with a variety of options. the staff were incredibly welcoming. Just a bit noisy from the A40, but overall a lovely stay. 😄

I truly enjoyed the locally sourced breakfast options and the cozy atmosphere in the dining area. The delicious poached eggs were a highlight of my stay. I would definitely come back again!

Just a reliable pick for a brief sojourn in Burford with best value. Road noise was an issue, but the bed was oddly comfortable. Traveling light is a smart choice with no elevator around.

The hotel has an impressive garden view that provides a peaceful ambiance. The decoration in the bar area reflects a refined taste. The owners are clearly committed to enhancing the guest experience.

Burford Lodge Hotel, Adults Only exuded charm with its beautifully decorated, traditional interiors. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making me feel welcome and supported throughout my stay, which was comforting as a senior traveler.

Better signage for room access would be helpful.

Lovely spacious room and great breakfast, but Wi-Fi was spotty at times.
